The Electromancer

You are a wizard. Not the kind with a pointy hat and robes, but still powerful enough. Your specialty was always creating bolts of lightning by focusing the static electricity in the atmosphere, and today you're gonna need those skills - for plot convenience, lots of people are angry with you and with rampant overpopulation, they're spawning infinitely. 

Use your skills as an electromancer to eviscerate the inhabitants of this section of the city!
