New Project: Blue -> Red Post Process

I've just added a new tombstone to the graveyard! This time, it's the lingering spirit of the outgoing Conservative government in the UK.

...sorry, that's a typo. I always stay apolitical on main. What I meant to say is, I made a post process effect for Unity 2022 (only works with URP) which turns everything blue in the scene red instead. And I can think of no better place to share it than here.

It should also work with Unity 6, but of course that's still in preview, so your mileage may vary.
