Snapshot Shaders version 1.5.1 brings bug fixes, primarily for the URP version. If you had imported the pack into a URP project in Unity 2021.3, then you may have encountered errors in most of the effect scripts, but they are now fixed. All scripts used in the pack across all three packages have now been put in separate namespaces. Fancy.
