Hey all! In this release, you'll find a vastly upgraded Radial Blur effect which is both more performant and looks better. The properties for this effect have changed slightly so check out the README for more details. Here's all the changes:

• Improved the Radial Blur effect on all pipelines.
• Improved the Light Streaks effect on all pipelines.
• Performance and workflow improvements to several effects in the HDRP version (Pixelate, Blur, Light Streaks, Text Adventure, Mosaic).
• The HDRP version is generally more stable.
• Minimum supported version for new updates is now Unity 2022.3.0f1. Unity 2021.3.0f1 will be kept live but will not receive updates.
